CCCamp is about finding out how we can use technology to live in a more sustainable and collaborative way.
With the finite resources of the planet, we need to own less and share more, how can we use existing technology to help embrace collaborative consumption? Technology like social networks and websites such as Freecycle are enabling bartering, sharing, swapping, trading and renting to be reinvented, but we need to go further to save the planet.
Our aim is to bring together anyone who is passionate about trying to make a difference to the planet and work together over the day and come up with some ideas that can be developed at a future Collaborative Consumption Hackday.
